Email us from your registered address
Send an email from the address you signed up with to zmoneyplusofficial@gmail.com with this subject line:
Account Deletion Request — ZMoney+
In the body of the email, please include:

Your registered email address
•
The name on your account, if you remember it
•
One clear sentence confirming you want the account deleted
We can only act on a request that reaches us from your registered address — it is the only way we can be sure the request really came from you.

We reply to confirm we’ve received it, usually within a working day.

Your account is deactivated as soon as we process the request, and permanently anonymised 30 days later. Signing in again within those 30 days cancels it.

Payment and tax records, and a dated note that the deletion happened, are kept as Indian tax and accounting rules require. Neither identifies you afterwards.
